My Story
Over the years I’ve worked inside corporate marketing, partnered with dozens of small business owners, and built several businesses of my own — including one that was successfully sold.

Through that experience, one pattern became clear.
Most leaders and business owners aren’t lacking effort or ideas. What they’re often missing is clarity — clarity about where they’re going, how their business should grow, and which decisions actually matter.

Over time I also realized something else: the way we lead our businesses is closely tied to how we lead our lives.

Over the past two decades I’ve worked across corporate marketing, built and sold businesses of my own, and spent years working closely with entrepreneurs and leaders navigating the real challenges of growth.
